Terrible product, terrible company with the worst customer service. I Bought two arm chairs and I was told the product will be dispatched in 4 days. When it didn’t arrived even after 1 month, I began calling to enquire. I was told the dispatch was delayed due to fire in the factory along with pictures. I was upset but ok they had pics to prove it so I let it go. Package arrives after a month and the legs are installed but guess what ! The legs are so flimsy that within a day of using it two people fell over and hurt themselves. Turns out the design of the legs are faulty and cannot sustain any weight. I have since tried to call them but they just don’t respond. Mr Vikas who manages the business is only concerned with taking your money and nothing else. I have since given up and removed the chairs to prevent any mishaps. My 25,000/- is down the drain. Do save your money and DO NOT BUY WALLMANTRA PRODUCTS. Unless you want to throw away your money

One of the worst experience ever. No quality check done by the team before delivery. No communication regarding delay in delivery. The product delivered after 20 days with one of the worst finishes. Created a replacement order promising that it would be delivered in a week. 12 days later it is still in processing It's been a month since I placed the order and don't have a product. They keep on giving reason that Diwali rush but that doesn't compensate for poor quality.
